Loretta Livingston is a contemporary choreographer based in Los Angeles.
She creates performance projects that
range from evening length dance theatre
and site-specific events in urban spaces,
to international collaborations with artists
in Korea, Turkey, and Singapore. She often incorporates text and vocals, works with
video artists who contribute projections and live video performance environments and collaborates with contemporary composers and musicians onstage.

Loretta Livingston’s collaborators and muses have
been many through the years. Their images are vivid
throughout this site. Named or unnamed, all have
enriched and enhanced Livingston’s art making in
deep and lasting ways.
